Finely chopped the all veggies also light crush the Panner. Add to the hung curd. Mix all ingredients gently.

Add salt and black pepper. Make a light paste by adding maida and water. Make sure there is no lump.

Take a slice of bread. Cut all the slides of bread it's optional. Spread liitle curd mixture diogonally. Roll diagonally at the end sprd some paste to seal tightly.

Hot the oil in a pan for frying at medium flame. Drop stuffed bread carefully in oil after frying of one side shuffle the other side till crispy golden brown.

Serve with hot tea and Ketchup.

Make sure when you prepare all bread they fried on the spot otherwise bread will start drying and it breakdown.
