In a mixer grinder take boil black chana, take 2 chille and grind it

Add chopped boiled potato, chopped onion, chopped coriander

Add 1/2 tsp black salt, Add 1/2 tsp chat Masala,

Add Red chilli powder and mix well.

Take a bit of doe and put the filling in the doe and sael the doe Now using your rolling pin, roll the partha

Now heat a pan and place the partha over it. Cook the partha from both side then add oil on sides of the partha.

Fry the partha till it gets crispy brown.
