Dice all of your veggies so that they all have uniform shape and set them aside.

Beat two eggs with little salt in a bowl and scramble them in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Remove from the pan and add the remaining oil, then onions, peas and carrot and stir fry for a min.

Next, add soy sauce, black pepper and seasoning and cover for 5 mins. Then add add ur rice and stir the mixture well. Add in your spring onions, sweet corn and green pepper and mix.

Then add in ur chili flakes and scrambled egg and stir fry for a min. Then cover for 3 mins. Enjoy😋😋😋
