First, add semolina, curd, onion, capsicum, salt and chaatmasala in a bowl and leave it for 10 minutes.

Now apply a little oil on a non-stick griddle and add 2 tablespoon of the batter and let it roast well

When roasted from one side, then flip it to the other side and roast it

Ready hot uttapam Serve with tomato sauce or chutney
