Assemble everything together.

First take gram flour in a large bowl, add coarse gram flour and semolina.

Now add sugar and green chillies.

Now add coriander and black pepper, add water and make a thick mixture.

Now add salt, coriander and fenugreek and mix.

Now heat the oil in a kadai and put baking soda in the mixture, add 2 tablespoons of hot oil over it.

Now take the mixture in hot oil by hand and roast it till it becomes light brown.

Now remove and serve with hot green chutney onion green chillies and tomato ketchup.
