  • 4-5Potatoes
  • 3-4Brinjal
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 3 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1 tspsugar (optional)
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • as requiredOil
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • As requiredHing

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and slit them from middle same way slit Brinjal.For stuffing take besan salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, sugar,add 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp oil.

    Mix well masala. And fill in potatoes and brinjal.

    Take pressure cooker, add 2 tbsp of oil, mustard seeds, let it crackle add hing add stuffed potatoes and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes then add brinjal stuffed. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Add leftover masala to sabji and add half a glass of water.Now cook it for 2 whistles and it's ready now add 1 tsp garam masala and cook for 2 minutes on slow flame and you can adjust gravy consistency as per choice. Serve if with Roti or Rice.
