Take a bowl add curd and besan to make thin batter

Now add turmeric powder. Salt to taste. Garlic chutney and keep to boil

Now take another bowl... Add boiled or leftover rice...

Add besan. Salt to taste. Turmeric powder. Coriander and bind together and make muthiyas

Take a kadai put oil and do the tempering... Mustard seeds. Hing. Curry leaves and add the curd besan batter...consistency should be thin

Let 3 to 4 boil come... Now add the muthiya made with rice and besan in it... It will go in the bottom

Cover the kadhi and let it boil... Stir in intervals....to check if it's done... We can see the muthiyas float up... It's done

Now you can serve hot and garnish with coriander
