Mousseline:- Blended boiled potatoes & fresh cream together. Heat a pan with ghee....thn saute the mixture. Added cinnamon powder, honey & milk together. Saute for 5-6 minutes.

Now it's ready and poured it into choiceable mold.

For chips :- Mix all the ingredients together and give them ring shape with ring mold...... frying it into deep oil.

For sauce :- Mix all the ingredients together and stirring it for 2-3 minutes.
