Ingredients

  • 2potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 kgbeans
  • 3 tspmustard oil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add potatoes and cook for five minutes.now add beans.

    Then add all Spices and mix well.

    Let it cook till vegetable cooked nicely.
