Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2Boiled potatoes
  2. 3 tbspCoriander leaves (chopped)
  3. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  4. 1 pinchRed chilli powder
  5. 1 pinchGaram masala powder
  6. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  7. 1/4 tspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1.5 cupWheat flour
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspOil for dough
  11. As requriedOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour, oil and salt.Knead them well by adding water to get a smooth dough.Cover and keep aside.

  2. 2

    For filling, mash the boiled potato and add all the other ingredients to it. Combine well.

  3. 3

    Knead the dough again and make small balls. Roll it, place the filling and close the paratha. Roll it again.

  4. 4

    Heat and grease the pan. Place the paratha on pan and cook both sides.

  5. 5
