Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspLeft over gobhi ka salan almost
  2. 2 pinchsalt
  3. Half tsp roasted (coriander cumin chili button)
  4. 1 tbspgreen dhniya chopped
  5. Half tsp chat masala/achari masala
  6. Atta dough:
  7. 1 cuplaal aata
  8. 1 cupmaida
  9. 1 tbspghee
  10. 2 tbspdoodh
  11. 2 pinchsalt
  12. Ghee for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Aaty ke dough ke sb ajzaa ko bowl mein dal ke achi trah mix karein.fresh water se softly goondh lein. Boht ziada patla ni krna na boht sakht. Or isy goondh ke 7-8 minut ke liey side py rakh dein

  2. 2

    Leftover salan ko thora mash kar ke mix kar lein or botiyon ke reshy bana lein. Agar alu hon to unhn mash kar lein. tmam ingredients add kar ke mix karein

  3. 3

    Ab dough se 6 choty size ke pairy bana lein. Or choty choty lightly bail lein.

  4. 4

    Aik baily huey piece ke upar 2 tbsp salan rakh ke phela dein. Phir dusry piece se cover karein.

    Sides ko daba ke achi trah band kar lein

  6. 6

    Tawa preheat karein. Is roti ko hathon se bara karein or gram tawey py dalen. Side plat kar 1 tbsp ghee lagadein.

    Dono sides se achi trah light golden brown krdn. Flame medium to low honi chahiye

  8. 8

    Mazedaar se gobhi bharwan parathy tayar hn. Jesy chahen enjoy karein. Green chutney simple dahi ya ketchup mayo ke sath. Mujy simple e mzzy ke lgty hn. Jazak-Allah😊
