Steps

Chop onion, tomato, spring onion leaves & green chillies into small pieces & add it to dosa batter.

Now also add ginger paste & salt to taste. Mix well.

Heat a pan. Apply little oil. Pour batter & spread it to cook it from one side.

Flip the side & cook the other side by applying little oil from all sides. When both the sides are cooked well your uttappa is ready to be served. Serve with any chutney, sambhar etc.
