Steps

Boil your eggs in either vinegar water or salty water for 15 minutes

Prepare your ingredients as the eggs cool

Fry your onions then add tomatoes, garlic paste, tumeric powder, curry powder and salt

After a minute add water and let it cook for 3 minute

Add beef cubes, capsicum (i used red) and diced carrots
- 6
Add your eggs and let it cook for 5 minutes
- 7
Serve (i served mine with boiled rice)
