1 cuppumpkin pieces
1/2 cupmaida/All-purpose flour
1/3 cuprice flour
1/2 tspsalt
2 tspsugar
As neededoil

Boil water. Add pumpkin pieces and boil for 7 minutes.Drain water.

Smash pumpkin. Add salt, sugar, flour,rice flour. Mix well.

Heat oil and drop small amount of mixture and deep fry. Serve.
