Take a bowl and mix melted butter chilli flakes and oregano in it

In a mixing bowl take lukewarm water and mix yeast in it keep it aside and let the yeast bloom

In a bowl take remaining ingredients of the dough and knead it

The dough would be slightly sticky intially.take some dry flour and then knead the dough on this surface for approximately ten minutes

When the dough is soft then keep in a bowl slightly brush a little oil on the dough and bowl cover with a cling and keep for 2 hrs and you will see that the dough doubles

Now on a floured surface punch the dough to release air

Divide the dough into three parts and roll them keeping a little thick

Now spread the stuffing in the middle of the roll flip the roll in to half

Now brush a generous quantity of butter on the roll and sprinkle seasoning on it

Put this roll on a greased baking tray

In a preheated oven bake for 20 minutes at 200 celcius

Finally your garlic bread is ready
