Spinach and Paneer

Wash spinach, boil and grind it in smooth paste. Cut paneer into small slices.put a kadai on flame add oil and fry chopped onion garlic, chilli and ginger, stir it for a while add tomatoes and cook it for some time, then add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and red chili powder and stir it for a while then add spinach add salt and coo it for ten minutes.

Add curd and fresh cream, then add paneer cubes and cook it for two minutes and it is ready to serve. It can be served with paratha naan or simple chapati.
