Take a mixing bowl add rava, curd, pinch of salt and keep it aside for 20min.
After 20min add water and make a smooth batter. - 2
Take a pan add 1tbs oil, cumin seeds. Then add chopped garlic and fry it for sometime. Add chopped onion and cooked till transperant. Add boiled potato and green peas and mash them. Add salt, garam masala, chat masala and mix them well.

Heat a tawa and brush oil and pour a small amount of batter and add 1tbs of Schezwan sauce and spread it. On that keep a small portion of the prepared green peas mixture. Pour some batter on the top and cover it.
4. Flip it and cook it from both the side properly.
