Banana Coconut Burfi
Steps

Cut bananas into small pieces Mash bananas using a fork.

Transfer in a pan add 1 cup milk. Cook it on medium heat until it becomes dry.

Transfer in a bowl. Now in the same pan add ghee and add the banana mixture.Mix it well for 5 min on high heat.

When it comes together add sugar mix it well.

When sugar dissolves completely add desicated coconut & mix it well.

Transfer to a greased container spread a thick layer. Garnish with almond slices.

Keep it in fridge for half an hour. Cut into desire shape. Banana burfi is ready.
