Steps
- 1
In a bowl, take all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, custard powder, baking powder). Mix them and sieve once or twice. In another bowl take butter and sugar and beat well till fluffy.
- 2
Now in butter mixture add pineapple emulsion, chopped cashews, and tuttyfruity. Mix it. Then add dry mixture and form a dough. If required use a very little quantity of milk. Now make a long square shape of a dough as seen in picture.
- 3
Then keep the square roll in freezer for 1/2 hour to set. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 170° for 10 minutes. Now take out the roll. And cut it in small pieces. Arrange them on baking tray. And bake for 15-20 minutes.

After baked...put them on grill to cool down completely. Then store in an airtight container. Can use within 10-15 days.
