Chop spinach leaves and add paneer salt and corn flour. Make paneer ball

Take small amount of corn flour mix spinach in your palm. And place paneer ball in center.. Give round shape and fry it. Cut the kofta in center

For gravy take little butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Cashew nut, slice onion and tomatoes. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Let it cool and make a paste. Another pan take 2 tablepoons oil. Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder. Cook it for 10 minutes. Then add little hot water and after sometimes add fresh cream. Gravy is ready... Serve with Kofta. Garnish with fresh cream
