Set water for boiling.. Once it starts boiling add salt and boil soya chunks for 2-3 minutes

Strain the soya chunks and squeeze excess water

Now add soy sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste,corn flour and maida and coat well the soya chunks

Now shallow fry the coated chunks to brown to deep brown in colour

Now add the oil. Wen its heat enough add the garlic, ginger, onions and capsicum and cook well..

When it is half cooked add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and ketchup to it and mix well

Now add corn flour slurry to adjust the gravy consistency and add fried chunks.. Add vinegar on the top of it and mix well

Put of the gas and garnish with spring onions or coriander
