Methi Muthia are popular traditional Gujarati snacks. They can be eaten with tea or breakfast. These Methi Muthia are used in the traditional Gujarati recipe Oondhiya and added to dals, kadhis, gravies etc.
Steps

Combine the methi and all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead in to dough, using approx. 3 tbsp of water.

Take some portion of dough and shape roughly in to an oval by rolling it between your palms and fingers.

Fry these muthias in hot oil, a few at a time, on a low flame till they turn golden brown.

Serve these crunchy Methi Muthias with green chutney and sauce.
