Boil some water with little oil and salt. When the water starts boiling add the noodles to it. Boil for approximately 2-3 mins

After the noodles are done immediately strain with with the help of strainer and pour some cold water over it.

Once the water is strained spread the noodles in a plate and rub some oil over it to avoid sticking of noodles

Now heat some oil & butter in a kadai and stir fry the vegetables. When the vegetables are almost done add the sauces & vinegar to them

Add the boiled noodles to the vegetables and stir quickly to avoid sticking. Toss the noodles in the kadai well.

Note - I made vegetable noodles today. You can also add some scrambled eggs to the noodles to make Egg Noodles.
