In a pan add oil and onion and cook until tender. add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add tomatoes and cook until tender and mashed them with the help of spoon. now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli flakes, garam masala and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add potatoes and mix well now add little water in pan cover the pan and cook on low flame until tender now add lemon juice cover and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Now aloo ki bujhiya is ready.
