Stewed special ndengu (green grams) / Western Ndengu
A quick and easy recipe.
Steps

Fry the onions in oil until translucent. Add in the tomatoes and let them stew while covered until soft. Add in the carrots and peas and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add in the special ndengu, salt and milk let it simmer for ten minutes as it thickens.

Serve the ndengu with your desired accompaniment and enjoy.
