Steps

Cut cottage cheese in medium-sized square pieces.

Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add onion and tomato paste to it.

Continue cooking it over medium flame till oil begins to separate.

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and hot spice.

Add paneer pieces with 1/2 cup of water.

When the gravy thickens, turn off the flame.

Take off the fire and serve hot!
