1 bowlwheat flour
1/2 bowlsemolina
2 tspoil
1 pinchbaking soda
To tastesalt
1 tspSaunf/fennel seeds
As neededsugar
As neededOil for deep frying

Steps

Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour,semolina,salt,baking soda and oil mix it.

Add saunf mix it well. Add sugar with water to make a dough.

Rest it 15 mints. After 15 mints make balls and deep fry the gulgule.

Gulgule is ready.
