Gather all the ingredients.Take a saucer pan add 2cups of water and 2tbsp oil and salt. Bring it boil.Now add Noodles and boil them for five minutes

After boiling strain the water from the noodles and let them cool down. Take a pan add 4tbsp of oil and fry them till they become crispy and golden brown from both sides.

Now take out the noodles in plate let them cool down and crush them little bit.

Take a pan, add 1tbsp of oil heat it and add green chilli now add onions and tomatoes, saute them for two minutes, now add salt and mix it.Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and vingear,mix well. Off the stove

Now add noodles and mix them well.

Plate it and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
