In a bowl add maida, cornflour, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste. Mix everything well. Now add little water to make a smooth paste. Keep this mixture aside.

Now in another bowl add mozzarella cheese & chilli flakes and give it a mix and keep it aside.

Now take paneer cube. Pat it dry with a towel. Slit it from between to form a pocket and fill it with mozzarella cheese & chilli flakes mixture.

Now dip the paneer cube into the batter, then coat it with the crushed cornflakes very well. Now your tikki is ready to fry.

Take a pan, heat some oil and deep fry them till it's golden & crisp. Now put this hot tikki in between burger bun, fill the burger with some, mayo & some salad & your Mac.The-style paneer burger is ready to serve.
