Remove the stalk from the bok phool and wash the flowers. These flowers are easily available in the market.

Take a bowl. Add 2 cups of besan and one cup of rice flour.

Add kaala jeera and turmeric powder.

Then add chopped green chillies. At last add salt as per taste.

Mix the mixture with water and make thick paste.

Heat oil in a kadai. Mix the bok phool in the mixture and fry it in medium flame

Fry the pakodas.

Take out the pakodas. Serve it with tomato sauce or you can also have it with puffed rice. We also like to have these pakodas with rice and moong or masur daal for lunch.
