Ingredients

  • -100 gGreen chili
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupRoasted peanuts
  • 20-25Garlic cloves
  • as requiredOil

Steps

10 min.
  1. 1

    Clean & wash green chillies get dry or clean with kitchen napkin. Cut in to half.Peel garlic cloves roast peanuts

  2. 2

    Heat up oil on griddle or pan on medium heat add green chillies, garlic cloves, roasted peanuts and fry carefully with spatula make little cool then it comes on room temperature add salt and add all in mixie jar and just crush them (don't make paste)

  3. 3

    Then remove from mixie jar and again add little oil in pan and mix well. Your tasty techa is ready to eat. If it more spicy add some lemon juice

  4. 4

    Enjoy it with bhakri or bread or chapati
