  • 1 cupchopped carrot
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tbspred chilly powder
  • 5garlic pods
  • to taste Salt

    In a bowl combine chopped carrot. Add salt and keep for 1/2 an hrs. Drain the water and keep aside.

    Combine red chilly powder, lemon juice, oil, garlic pods and salt. Then grind into a fine paste. Once it is done.

    Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle red chilly flakes. Immediately Ready to serve with hot.............chappathis, parathas and spread on a sandwiches
