Peel onion and chop it length wise finely.peel and wash potato and cut into round shape. Wash capsicum and chop into cubes.cut brinjal length wise and keep in salted water. It won’t turn black.

Take besan add the above-mentioned masalas and make a batter. Add hot oil to it. Pakoras won’t absorb much oil and will be crispy.

Fry the pakoras. Enjoy with sauce and a cup of hot tea.
