Ingredients

  • 1large onion
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1red pilipili
  • Halfa cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cupbeans

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat the onions for 30 sec then add you cooking oil and pilipili

    Let them cook for 3 min then add your beans

    Cook for 10 min then add your plain yoghurt.

    Simmer for 5 min.. ready for serving best served with brown bread

Do I use cooked beans or uncooked?
