Wash the moringa leaves 2-3 times.Also wash and soak the rice and lentils.Heat a heavy bottom pan,add ghee.Add cumin,mustard seeds,asafoetida,dried red chillies and saute for a while. Then add chopped pumpkin and green chillies.

Add moringa leaves,saute it then cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add dry spices along with salt mix well.Add chopped tomatoes then add soaked rice and lentil.

Mix every thing properly then add water.As water comes to boil cover it and cook for 20 minutes. This Delicious khichdi can be eaten as a complete meal with curd or any chutney.
