Steps

Boil water in large pan or kadhai and add little salt and few drops of oil and add noodles in it and cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain water. and let it cool.

Chopped veggies in long pieces.

Heat oil in kadhai for deep frying and add little little noodles

Fry noodles crisper and golden brown in colour.remove it from oil and let it cool.

Heat oil in pan on high flame add veggies and saute it for 2 minutes by stiring.

Add salt, sauces and mix it.

Add fried noodles in it and mix it

Our bhel is ready to serve

Garnish with spring onion and and serve it.
