Preheat oven to 180. Roll out the pastry and cut into 4 rectangles. Fold over the edges slightly as shown. Prick with a fork and glaze with some beaten egg

Wrap 3 asparagus tips in some prosciutto and place on top of each. Add some gorgonzola cheese on top and bake for about 25 mins
