Steps

Collect all ingredients (except seasoning) together and make a lump free.

Cook on the medium flame. Stir it continuesly. Once batter become nonsticky.

Apply on thali or plate. You can spread on kitchen counter too.
- 4
Cut it into straight lines. Roll it. Prepare seasoning and pour it on Khandvi. You can serve with thali.
