1 cupboiled chickpeas
1onion finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
2 tbspCoriander leaves
1 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt and pepper
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspchat masala
1 packetchana jor garam
1 tspsugar
1/2lemon juice
For garnish

Chop onion and tomato finely. Take some chickpeas and crush them.

Add some more whole chickpeas. Add finely chopped onion n tomato. Add all the spices mentioned above, sugar n lemon juice. Mix everything well. Add chana jor garam. Mix again.

Add some more chana jor garam on top. Garnish with Coriander sprig n a dollop of fresh curd.
