1/2 cupcoco powder
1/2 cupicing sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla essence
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1/4 cupmilk at room temperature
1large egg
3/4 cupchopped chocolate or chocolate chunks
1/2 cupbutter softened at room temperature

Mix the butter and icing sugar with the help of an electric beater

Now add egg and vanilla essence and beat it for 6 to 8 minutes to make the mixture fluffy

In a separate bowl mix flour, coco powder and baking powder

Preheat the oven to 190C. Line a baking tray, first by greasing it with oil and then apply the baking paper

Sieve the flour into the egg mixture and add milk.

Add in the last the chocolate chunks and then mix with the help of hand spatula

With the help of an ice-cream scoop place take the batter and place it at a distance in the baking tray

Bake it in the oven at 190C for 25 minutes
