  • 1Big Onion
  • 2 tbspCoriander Leaves

    Heat a tawa and pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it into a thin dosa.

    Immediately add the onion and coriander on top and add ghee generously in the sides and on the top of the dosa.

    Once it is cooked on one side, flip it and cook it on the other side.The onion should get a crispy texture.

    Transfer it into a plate. Yummy dosa is ready to be served with chutney of your choice.
