Ingredients

  • 60 gCake Flour
  • 1 tspcinnamon powder
  • Walnuts
  • 2grated carrots
  • 4whole eggs
  • 160 gCastor Sugar
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 45 gOil
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Butter
  • Castor Sugar
  • Cream Cheese
  • Vanilla Essence

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Whip eggs and sugar until fluffy.

  2. 2

    Sieve in dry ingridients.Mix well without breaking air bubbles.

  3. 3

    Add the oil and combine.

  4. 4

    Mix in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts.

  5. 5

    Whip butter and sugar until fluffy.Add in cream cheese and vanilla.

  6. 6

    Layer the cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

  7. 7

    Serve😁
