  • 4medium sized cassava
  • 2large tomato,1 large onion, 2tbsp oil,1tbsp salt

  1. 1

    Peel,wash and dry the cassava

    Light fry the onion in nonstick pot,add tomatoes chopped, ad the cassava and salt and cover

    Once the tomato is well cooked, add 250ml water and cover..cook for 30-45 minutes.but check so it's not overcooked
