Sponge Dosa (set dosa)

#GA4#week3 post 3 Dosa.
Sponge dosa is very spongy and tasty.
Steps

Clean rice urad dal fenugreek seeds. Mix and wash 4-5 times soak everything in enough water for 5-6 hours or overnight

After soaking overnight take beaten rice wash and soak for about 15-20 min. Now drain water from dal rice mixture and beaten rice now mix beaten rice with dal rice mixter and transfer into blender jar blend like dosa batter add little water when blend

Mix contency of batter should not more thick or thin mix one direction and cover it for 6-7 hours (sometimes depend on weather)

When batter ferment well mix again add salt and if needed add little water

Heat up dosa pan (griddle) on medium heat brush little oil on pan (pan should not much hot) now take small bowl full up with batter and spread in circle make round shape roast it untill lower side become brown spread butter on all side on dosa fliup up other side and roast as well

Now put on serving plate serve with potato sabji and chutnyes or samber

You can enjoy at morning in lunch or evening snack
