First, prepare green chutney of Coriande leaves and mint leaves with sugar, salt, lemon juice, ginger and peanuts

Then you have to prepare potato stuffing by mixing salt, garam masala and chilli powder. Add chat masala if you want.

The 3 step is to fry the 4 slices of bread in proper amount of oil at slow flame. On the other side, prepare a mix by adding veg mayo, cheese spread and add chilli flakes in the mixture.

Then take one bread slice and apply butter, schezwan sauce or pizza sauce and put potato stuffing on it.

The next step is to put another slice of bread to cover potato stuffing. Then apply butter and green chutney on top of second bread slice.

Now, put raw onion, tomato and cucumber on the bread slice.

The next step is to cover the raw veggies with another bread slice and apply cheese spread mixture.

Finally cover the full sandwich with 4 th and last bread slice and decorate it with baby tomato

Now, cut the sandwich into half and sprinkle cheese and serve with Green chutney and sauce and coke.
