Ingredients

Ten minutes
4 People
  • 1 medium sizedcauliflower , cut into pieces
  • 2carrots cut into one inch long
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • As requiredOnion chopped
  • 1garlic chopped
  • As requiredGreen chilli
  • As requiredSpring onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoonscorn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 Tablespoonolive oil or any oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 small pieceginger chopped

Steps

Ten minutes
  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables and cut into pieces.

    Put Kadai on flame, add oil then put chilli, garlic and ginger, stir for a while and put the onion and other vegetables,

    Cook openly for three-four minutes on high flame. Add spice and sauces and add cornflour, cook it for two minutes and serve hot.
