In a mixing bowl, add cabbage carrot salt black pepper powder also add all-purpose flour and cornflour.

Mix well and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan.

Make small balls and add to the oil.

Fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste.

Add chilli paste.

Add onion and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Add capsicum and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add schezwan sauce vinegar chili sauce and soya sauce.

Mix well and add Manchurian.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve hot.
