Take soaked yellow moong dal,drain and wash it well. Take a grinder and grind it well with ginger and green chilli by using little water. Make fine paste.

Now beat dal paste week with hands until it becomes fluffy. Then add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Add some chopped coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients well.Batter is ready.

Take a kadai or pan,add oil. When oil is getting hot. Take small small portion of batter and put it oil and fry them until it becomes crisp and golden brown in color. Moving pakode is ready.Serve hot with green chutney.
