  2. 2Chicken Breasts
  3. 1 tbspCornflour
  4. Broccoli
  5. Spring Onions
  6. Sauce
  7. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  8. 1 tbspHoisin
  9. 1 tspgrated ginger
  10. 1 tspgrated garlic
  11. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  12. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  13. 4 tbspwater
  14. 1 tspcornflour
  15. Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. 1

    Combine sauce ingredients

    Toss chicken with cornflour

    Fry chicken until just golden brown, remove from pan and set aside

    Fry broccoli

    Combine with sauce, chicken, white parts of the onions

    Fry until sauce thickens, stir in green onions and then serve with rice
