Few left over bananas almost over mashy and frozen but just ok for this esp in warmer days or heaters are bit too high ,remove black mushy s much as possible and very easy to defrost frozen bananas as peel come easily by any knife just run under water and chop up then easily remove peel .might get frozen hand though! #mycookbook

Run bananas under water to soften outer frozen skin. Chop up bananas on chop board and remove the skin and mix in the blender or use hand blender.

Add the honey, milk and blend briefly until just nice smooth thickest mixture.can add bit more milk if bit too thick

Add the yogart and mix again or blend just to mix.and serve in medium size glasses.bismillah enjoy
